CNC Machined Holster Molds are the quickest and best way to mold your IWB Kydex Holsters!

These CNC Machined Holster Molds are made to mold for Inside the Waistband Kydex Holsters.  Designed to be used with a membraned vacuum former of your choice.  You can also use with a non-membrane vacuum former if you choose by drilling 1/8" relief holsters! Here at Kydex Creations we engineer these molds by 3d scanning actual firearms and building in the holster features you need!  For example, on a CNC Machined Holster mold you need to have space for mag release, levers, sights, and all other features of the pistol.  The molds also block off the trigger guard and give you a place for retention. Once vacuum formed on these molds, you simply fold to the pistol.  At that point you can cut out your desired shape and style for the holster!  (THIS WAY YOUR HOLSTER LOOKS UNIQUE TO YOUR COMPANY AND STYLE YOU WANT ).  You do not want to use the same jigs everyone else uses that makes your holsters look like they are everyone elses!

CNC Machined Holster Mold Features:

.  Cut from 1" solid HDPE blocks which will give you a long life out of each mold! .  Blocks are 10"x10" square.  You can cut down the edges if you choose depending on how you manufacture your holsters .  3d scanned and engineered for the right tolerances you need for IWB Kydex Holster Making .  Top and bottom Lip to help reinforce the molds - Also great place to mark your molds!     If you need Infused Kydex for your next holster project we have that too!
